when i look back on my life 6 years ago, and how much pain i put myself through for no reason, and all the drama… i can’t believe it was real. I can’t believe it because even though my family has suffered a tragedy, and lost Tim, we’re surviving. It puts everything back into perspective.. what’s really important in life. what’s worth your tears, and what isn’t.

went to see a specialest yesterday, because i am having trouble eating . and in the middle of the consult, broke down into hysterical tears.now, mind you this is not a therapist that i went to see. he was a gastroentologist. he is not comfortable with emotion. he is comfortable with colons. i think it’s safe to say i have hit bottom. it is time to do whatever i can to climb my way back up.
